- If You Do Not have a Hospitality Background, You Must be able to Show Other Proven Business Experience and a Solid Background Where You Achieved Results
- Good Leadership Skills
- Knowledge of the Market you Would Like to Operate In
- Someone With the Desire to Learn and Adopt the Shooters Way of Doing Things While Maintaining a Focus on Driving Sales
- Have a $500,000 Net Worth and $200,000 in Liquid Assets
